Themes FOR YOUR CHALK ART: Life On The Bow/ Canada day
This Canada Day weekend, Montgomery is hosting Calgary’s first Night Market + Chalk the Block Festival. If you are an artist, or have a collaborative approach to art, you can show off your talent! $$$$ Great CASH prizes!

Spaces are limited, spots fill up fast. If your category is filled you or your team will be added to the wait list.

​​Where: Montgomery - Bowness Road between 45th – 46th Street
​
What: An afternoon/evening event where artists compete for prizes at various skill levels.
How it works: Artists arrive between 2:30-3pm pm to begin their masterpiece. They will have until 7 pm to complete their piece.
Competing artists will be eligible for prizes.
Artists will be given a 6’x 6′ space on Bowness Road to create their colourful chalk masterpiece.

2025 Applications opened May 3 and close June 20th at 5pm.
When you register you will be eligible to win cash prizes and will receive a tote bag with all the chalk you will need to complete your drawing plus some extra goodies for fun.
