ARTS & DRAUGHTS STREET FESTIVAL
Saturday, September 17th, 2022
One day only from 10 am – 5 pm
Location – Bowness Road between 44th and 47th Street
There is a variety of events and entertainment planned - two stages with live entertainment, a Kid’s Korner with a large tent with face painting, balloon creations and an art area for the up-and-coming artists. Tents featuring local businesses and vendors selling their artisan pieces, wandering street performers and a Best Dressed Pet contest. And more….
An event of this size requires a substantial amount of manpower and financial resources, and we are looking to our business community for support. Sponsorship Opportunities
We are asking for sponsorship to help offset the costs of entertainment, equipment rental (stage, audio, tents, waste and recycling pickup). This can be done by sponsoring some of following areas:

Stage Sponsor
Featuring local musicians and entertainment throughout the day.
Kids Korner - this are will have events specially targeted to the young and young at heart. Musicians and Magicians, face painters and caricature artists. There is also an area for kids to take home their own art piece as well
​
“WELCOME” Entrance Tent Sponsors – two tents situated at the east and west end of Bowness Road. ALSO, the location for First Aid and Lost Persons area.

We appreciate all levels of sponsorship and want you to find value in return. We can design a sponsorship package that will work for you based on your type of businesses.

As sponsor you receive the following:

SPONSOR BANNERS
Sponsorship banners /signage will be hung at corresponding areas. (must have grommets/size based on sponsorship area).

ADVERTISING EXPOSURE
Your corporate logos on event advertising. Over 200 Posters will be distributed to local businesses in Montgomery, Bowness, and Parkdale.

Corporate logo and URL on website.

EXPOSURE
Sponsorship includes onsite sampling or giveaway opportunity. (Sponsor to provide booth).

Corporate recognition in Montgomery Messenger, social media posts and website for the following year. Sponsors will also remain listed on website under this event.
